Inspection and Condition Requirement
The property must pass a pre-listing inspection, and any major repairs must be completed prior to the home being listed. The guarantee does not cover homes in need of significant repairs or renovations. - Occupancy
The home must not be tenant-occupied at the time of listing. If the property has tenants, it must be delivered vacant before the listing. - Market Conditions
This guarantee does not apply during extreme market fluctuations, such as economic downturns, pandemics, or natural disasters that significantly impact the local real estate market. - Exclusion of Unique or Custom Homes
Custom-built, luxury, or uniquely designed homes that cater to a limited buyer pool may not qualify for this guarantee.
